My Personal Experience with Carrots
Growing up, my grandmother always told me that carrots were the secret to good eyesight. While I didn't believe her at first, I started incorporating more carrots into my diet in my teenage years. Not only did my vision stay sharp, but I also noticed a boost in my skin's glow and overall energy levels.
